Is a fuel tap hard to do?? I recently changed over from a regular van to a small box truck.. need to tap into the tank..

Depends on the model, year etc. You could also add an additional tank.

Not hard, just don't mickey mouse anything for the sake of saving a dollar or two. Safest bet is to just buy the kit made for your specific van. Make sure lines once installed won't rub on anything, that you are not running soft line over exhaust components... common sense stuff really. It also depends on the TM, some need returns to the fuel filter, some the whole way back to the tank, etc.

Should be fairly easy job on a box truck, you have plenty of space to work with.

The one's I've personally done we using the Prochem fuel tap kit. Pretty easy cut the hose, insert the manifold, tighten clamps, run hoses.
