Please take the defective hose to the distributor from whom you bought your tool. Tell them that Sapphire's Customer Service Manager, Jon Simmons, requested that the distributor contact him, in order to make arrangements to remedy the situation for you.

Mine has the crappy hose too. Sending mine back to the place I ordered it from is more of a hassle that just replacing it with some stuff I have in the garage.
