Yoi do know that you spray from the inside out and NEVER NEVER scrape wit anythingI did put it back together, it actually works too......If I use it is another story..

After trying to clean the 4 blower filters, only Juan of them actually look decent and not plugged up.. I let it soak in degreaser over-night and pressure washed them after..
I also took a floor scraper to scrape all the crud and sh!t stuck to the sides of the tank.. There's about $5 in coins stuck to the bottom of the waste tank, I probably need a chisel to remove it.. Damn inside of the tank looks better than you for it's age!

When we almost bought one. He sent me pictures detailing the rebuild. Along with those posted here you could see he went to extremes to make it as good as new.
As far as operating Chris Lee validated they ran great. I should have bought one if only has a backup unit.

ever heard the phrase "make a good first impression" ? if they see you pull in, that's their "first" impression ..L.T.A. Most of the time they don't see you. As long as the van looks presentable they don't care what year it is. If the carpets clean up great, they care even less. Not to say...

To me what was so impressive about Bawbs was they were rebuilt so detailed as if he were keeping each one.

Yes ...1st primed with metal etching primer...then primed with 2K primer followed with blue base coat with a couple coats of 2k clear....shiny!!!

@Dwain Ray Is almost as old as Bawbby, they take pride in their work.. I do like the Cleanco coolant and blower HX mods he did.. Keeps it stream line..I used to think Bawb did a good job until I saw this guy

No i use the that to fill jugs, wash off wands, anything you would use fresh water hose for. it is just real handy to grab and go holds 25' 60 buck harbor freight all my trucks have 1 heres pictures of my new project, it's called frankinstien its 60% steam geni, 10% hydramaster &sapphire scientific, 30% cleanco ,100% Dwaino it started life as a 45 steamgeni ,im installing it in a 2020 express 2500 6L extended van, it should be cleaning carpets around april im taking my time to get it just how i want, everything will have a place, nothing thrown in nothing laying around ,

Your relocating the alternator to the left of the drive shaft? I have a 2003 4.8l.. My best friend/fabricator broke the news to me that he's moving to Las Vegas.. Sold his mill machine & lathe, and other tools..
Our other mutual friend is a Chevy nut.. He's down to help me get it going.. I care more about making sure the drive shaft is properly alined and I can do the rest behind it.. I know what I know and know my limitations..
